It is when...no i dont feel right answering this. It is posted in Trying to conceive. To conceive the MAN needs to orgasm and the women doesnt have to, so if this is what you wanted to know then fine. If you seariously want to know what a orgasm is - please post in another catagory or ask your family or mom or friend or search on google.

For a man, orgasm is the spurting forth of the semen from his penis. I cannot really speak for women, but for them it must be an incredible feeling inside, ranging from explosive to slow and delicious.
How can you reach it? Generally through stimulation of your clitoris and/or your vagina.
