Ok, I am 9 months pregnant and I have an excess amount of amniotic fluid, I gained 20 lbs in 2 weeks! I can barely do anything, my back just kills me and it is so heavy, the doc told me to stay home and do nothing. So, I never went to any breathing classes, he might be inducing me next week, how can I get through natural birth without having those breathing classes? any suggestions? Please!

You will get through it fine. I don't know anyone who took a birthing class. You won't freak out, you don't have to scream and yell and carry on. You can just tell yourself that child birth is natural, that your body was made for it, and that you won't let it overcome you. When you go into labor, you will know how to handle it. Nurses are there to coach you, as will your doctor/midwife. You can do it!

you don't need breathing classes, it'll be allright, in the far past people didn't use breathing classes and they were fine so you will be too! birth is natural, when the time comes you'll know what to do, when the doctor says push, you push and when he says breath take a deap breath in and a deep breath out and repeat.
don't worry.

One of my sisters had a baby and she never took any type of classes- you just do it. Childbirth is a natural process and your body instinctually knows how to accomodate it. I am also pretty sure that my mom never went to any type of classes either and she had 5 children (all without drugs) and she did fine. You will be okay, don't worry about it.

I never took any breathing classes and was also induced, which is worse pain than going into labor on your own. I go through it just fine, and truthfully, it wasn't all that bad. You'll be fine, too. I promise you :)
