I just am wandering will this harm the baby , I wasnt covered by a lead vest and I am concerned if it may have harmed my baby

No, baby is fine. I was 6 months pregnant when I had a lung scan done. They have you breathe in a radioactive isotope that the scanner picks up to form a picture. My daughter is perfect.

I had a motorbike accident and therefore had to go to hospitial and have x-rays on my back, but unbeknown to me I was about 2 or 3 weeks pregnant.
I therefore panic when I found out that I was pregnant, but the doctor reassured me that they are only concerned the most when the babys organs are starting to form and therefore it was to early to do any damage.
If you are really worried you need to asked for an ultrasound to check all your babys organs.

x rays are carefully focused, it won't have gone anywhere near the baby.
Plus the risk is minute anyway. Before ultrasounds they used to x-ray pregnant women as a matter of course to check on the baby.

Dont stress over it, I have had exrays ran before and after knowing. They covered me with the ones they knew about , but all was fine......

no worse than an ultrasound.
a lot of people dont know how harmful they are. when the baby's ears are developed, it's like a freight train going by.
I think your baby is fine, it was your wrist ....

you should be fine. If you are worried then bring it up with your OB at your next appointment.
