My husband and I are trying to concieve, according to my calculations I ovulated yesterday and hopefully I get pregnant this month. My question is, if I did conceive is it safe to exercise, before implantation, and then after implantation, how hard can I safely work out? I normally exercise 3 to 4 times a week, so this is not like I am trying to get a new exercise routine going. I normally walk at 3 miles per hour for 1 mile then do some light weight lifting, in the arms, squats stuff like that. Can I safely continue working out in early pregnancy without risk of miscarriage. By the way this is the first month that my husband and I have actually tried to conceive and this will be our first child.
