My son is 4 and loves being naked. He knows the difference between boys and girls (he has a younger sister). I avoid changing in front of him, but I don't get upset if he sees me.

I'm just wondering what other kids do.

My little brother (5th grade, 10 years old) is being bullied by his classmates who seem to be making fun at everything about him, from the attention he gets from teachers, to his religion and even his friends. He doesn't have friends in his class because he says the bullies bully anybody who plays with him, they make random people swear at him because he's not "cool" enough to put people down or swear like the other kids. Also, we don't have cable so we don't watch the shows everybody watches, and we don't go to all the cool places or buy expensive toys because we can't afford to. I did not know about this until today when my brother came home in tears and he never cries or complains. he won't complain to his teacher because the bullies called him a snitch and hit him with snowballs the last time he tried. He the kind who wont watch others being bullied,he'd try to save younger kids or girls being bullied. now they tease him and say he's friends with babies and has girlfriends. plshelp

Earlier I saw someone talking about a vaginal ultrasound. Both my mother and my sister had one they said it really hurts. I go for my first ultrasound next week and I'm praying they don't do a vaginal ultrasound on me.

My daughter is 2 years old and I'm to move her over to a toddler bed because we're expecting another baby which will be using the crib. I know that newborn should have a firm mattress which is what my daughter has now but lately she doesn't seem to be comfortable. The only time she's comfortable is when she's in our bed which is really soft. Do they sell mattresses for a toddler bed that are soft and comfortable for her? Please let me know.

there was a little girl whom was 7 yrs.old and i was baby sitting her and her newborn sister. she said she had to go pee, she went and came back and told me.. i thought i had to pee but i guess i was just horny.
i have a 7 yr. old and she knows nothing about those types of words not even my 10yr. old nephew knows. do you think she could have been sexual active already at that age?

I am not pregnant, but I have been thinking a lot about when I have my second child. I know its corny for siblings to have names that "match" but thats what I want, My son is named Carter, now I either want all c's for my kids or...all last name kinda names, you know like "vince carter"? so can anyone think of boy/girl names that either start with c or sound like a last name. Serious childbirth related questions!!!?
Ok, so im 36 weeks pregnant, and i ment to sign up for child birth classes, like 10 weeks ago, but kept putting it off, and now im in the lucky position that ive got 4 weeks to go (dr. isnt letting me go past my due date of March 12th, due to medical reasons) and were trying to do a vaginal delivery. But seeing as i have had no previous pregnancies, and know absolutly sqat about having a baby, breathing techniques, or any of that, is there anybody that knows where i can get help??? ( i am literally at my last penny streched, so i cant just go pay the $100 for the one saturday class, and besides the next 8 weeks of saturday classes are full :( )

My daughter USED to go to sleep with no problem, we used the "cry-it-out" method before and it worked for about 8 months until she got a stomach flu & I ended up putting her in the bed with me for a week. ever since she will go to sleep by herself but gets up in the night crying wanting in the bed with me. now my husband is back on day shift & we are having our 2nd baby in 10 days & the newborn will be sleeping in the same room as us. so I have to break my daughter of wanting up in the middle of the night. after getting in the bed she will sleep for a total of 12 to 14 hours so I know she doesnt have a problem sleeping. ive tried letting her cry again but it was hard enough the 1st time we did it. i still feel guilty & feel like a bad mother when i listen to her cry but i know it has to be done. what im asking is how long should i let her cry & it seems like going in to check on her just prolongs the crying so after the 1st check should i not check on her again knowing shes ok

I am 38 weeks pregnant and I have been having a lot of back pain in my lower back for quite sometime know. I am 1 1/2 cm dilated while in the office today she told me I was having a contraction but the only thing I could feel is really bad back pain. She also told my measurements were small and they have'nt been so I have to get another ultrasound to see why.

So is this back labor and what can i do to relive it?

I know that every child is different so I'm just looking for opinions. Is a 5 year old too old for a blanket? She doesn't ~need~ the blanket, she doesn't fall apart with out it or anything but it does offer her some security and comfort, especially on her trips away from home (with her weekends with her dad or with her grandparents) At what age do I lovingly tell her "Ok, enough with the blanket, it's time to get rid of it"?

i just had my second misscarriage yesterday at 5 weeks, in september i had my first pregnancy which ended as a miscarriage at 8 weeks. i want a child but everytime i get pregnant i feel so good and have so many high hopes then it ends up in another dead fetus. why is this happening to me!! i dont even think i want to try to get pregnant again because im probably going to end up having another miscarriage. i know this wasnt exactly a question...but i dont know what to think right now. is there something wrong with me, will i never have kids.

She said that i't might be because I should be getting my period soon.

I've been feeling dizzy, with headaches and feel like vomitting (mostly in the morning and before going to bed). I feel tired. I feel that these symptoms might be that i'm pregnant but i'm not sure.
I'm not sure if i'm pregnant....but is it normal to be bleeding small spots?

I had sex on the 21st and 24th of jan, feb 4th and 5th: we didn't use protection. can i be pregnant?
