I drink 8-10 cups of fluids a day (mostly water) but my milk supply still seems to be dropping the last couple of days. My son is 2 weeks old, and maybe he's just growing lots and needing more milk than he used to, but I'm having a difficult time giving him all that he requires. Any suggestions?

Have u used to maternity pants with the under belly panel? And did it last your entire pregnancy? the pants i wanna buy have a under belly and before buying them i wasnna make sure they will last me and stretch well...

I get so tired of the packages of diapers around my house. I have 2 kids in different sizes. Is there any home diaper dispenser available? We've tried neatly stacking them in a box but it looks tacky. We have a big house and leaving them in the nursery gets annoying as well having to journey down our very long hallway just to get a diaper or change the baby in there. We don't use a changing table, don't have one. I know they have those cute little decorative ones that hang from the wall or changing table but like I said, don't have a table and they look tacky on the wall. We have company over all the time and are tired of putting diapers away that may be laying around because it looks like clutter. Is there anything that is kind of decorative yet discrete? Id keep them in the bedroom like I said but my house is huge and its annoying taking that loooong journey to find a diaper, lol. What do you do? Any suggestions?

i had unprotected sex last month and i was expecting my period on the 14th. im usually very regular each month but my period came 6 days early. is it my period or fetal implantation? the bleeding is a light pink color. just wanna know if im pregnant or not.

Being a dude, I always wanted to know what is exactly so painful about labor? Contractions? The feeling of the baby coming out of the vainga? What is so painful, does it sting, burn, ache?

All I see when I watch videos of labor is alot of moaning.

i have no one to take my boys off my hands not even for a weekend and they act up at home but the few time i felt them with friends why i took care of busy they say my boys were angels it's crazy and my mother is alway tried but i'm never tried to help her when she need me and i live 2 1/2 hours away from her what am i to do???????????????????????????

Im 25 weeks pregnant and huge. My partners first favorite name for me used to be "gutster", which until very recently, was shortened to "gut" (charming, I know). He has now moved onto "baby hippo" which is a slight improvement, but not much. Im interested to know what your partner calls u, if anything???

this is going to be my boyfriend and my first child together,however he has been doing pot since he was 13 years old,and smokes 2 packages a day sometimes more sometimes less.I have convinced him to get some major counseling and rehab but he refuses to quit.Now that we are expecting this baby will it have lots of drugs in it's system and possibly be very sick?

i would like your suggestions for middle names.
first names WILL be...
boy: Ronald
girl: Ronnie
the first names are in Honor of my father. they WILL be the first names, so please do not critique that choice. i would just like some suggestions about MIDDLE NAMES ONLY.
i do not like "trend" names. or names with tons of (y)s where (i)s should be.
i am not doing family names as middle names either, since this is my 4th child (my other children carry family member's names), and i have 2 nephews that honor family members also. so this time i just want a FUN name that is cute enough for a baby, but will grow WITH this child as they become an adult.

My son was sick last night so we had the tv on at 2:00am and this dorky (even for childrens programming) show comes on. Is it like the embryotic version on the Teletubbies???

First off let me say that I have 5 children and have been pg 7 times(the last 4 times have been within the last 6 years). The last one resulted in a m/c and I had been diagnosed as annovulatory the last 3 cycles so the Dr. is giving me clomid in the hopes of it "jump starting" my body back into doing what it knows how to do. I just wondered if Ishould be optimistic that this drug will work for me. I have no other issues other than failure to ovulate..NO PCOS..NO Endo...nothing like that.

My 5 mth old daugther learnt to laugh back in december, now she doesn't really laugh anymore. Before she use to talk to her toys, well coo and caa to her toys, now she keeps pretty quiet. Is this normal for babies to start and then stop for a while. She is acting normal, but less coo'ing. Should I be concerned?

Ever since my daughter was born i have regreted not hypenating her last name with mine and my dad's ( I just let her have his). We have been friends for almost 3 years and had a little "accident." We will probably never get married or be anything more then exclusive friends with benies.

He is a good dad, i want to stress that point, however, his job is too demanding to be a full time parent. Right now we have a visitation schedule with him at 10% of the time, he has never gone a full week taking all of the visits. She will never live with him and he will probably never have any more custody then he does now. So I want her to have both last names and grow up that way.

She is 6 months old and we live in California, she has been baptised, does anyone know how to start the process?

I'm at my wits end.

My baby (Arthur) is only 10 weeks but I've started having to express some milk and leave a bottle for him as I've got to start doing a little work at a shop on our street to bring in some much needed cash (I only do two hours, three days a week). I leave a bottle with my other half to warm up and give him if he gets hungry when I'm out.

Trouble is he won't take the bottle! I've got Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Bottles with a Newborn sized teat, but he doesn't seem to know what to do with a bottle teat and just gags and tries to spit it out.

I had to come home and feed him half way through my 2 hours work as OH rang me to say Arthur was screaming the house down and refusing the bottle. The owner of the shop says she's worried this is going to continue and I feel really awkward. I don't know what to do, any advice?!?!?

He also refuses to take a dummy (pacifier)!

Hi,
I am pregnant and live with boyfriend who is the father of the baby.
I want to apply for Medicaid as a single mom and say that I don't know who the father of the baby is.
Will Medicaid demand to do a paternity test on my boyfriend if I tell them he is just a roommate?
What if they do give assistance for single mom but later we marry and put his name on babys certificate of birth, will they find out
and try to prosecute me for lying that I he is not the father?

My aunt has two boys, out of control boys, and her 12 year old has been on ritalin for about 5 years, maybe more but I will say 5 to be sure. I have told her many times to talk to her doctor and get him off of them but she insists he needs them, well he needs something, hes way out of control, but I really think its their parenting skills that have made him this way, and he shouldn't be punished by taking ritalin. Should I stay out of it, or try to get her to talk to the doctor and get him more help on his behaviour and get him off the ritalin? Hes an awesome kid when hes with me, but at home hes bad.

two periods ago (in Dec), my period was only 3 and a half days and lighter than normal. then about the 5th day i was lightly bleeding again. keep in mind we are trying to conceive. we have sex everyday. then my period in Jan was normal, my ovulation time came and we had sex everyday. now my nipples are so sore, im having abdomen cramps and backaches and im more tired than usual but i just ovulated about two days ago. and i have a family history of pregnancy problems. for instance, my grandma had her period six months of her pregnancy, my aunt didnt get pregnant until ten years after trying, my aunt had two miscarriages then she had two kids, my cousin has been trying for four years but her periods are regular and my other cousin had two miscarriages then four girls. im confused... am i or am i not?

My son has been giving me a hard time these last couple of weeks because he doesn't want to wear his diapers anymore. He tells me they hurt him, but when I try to take him to the bathroom he will cry and cry like if im torturing him! What can I do to make him go to the bathroom?
