Yes, and yes. The world of girls can be very cruel. They will say harsh things to hurt you, torment you, annoy you, and everything else under the sun to bother you or make you feel uncomfortable.

If a friend betrays you, you have every right to be mad at them. They hurt you and no one likes to purposely be hurt. Take time to cool off and then go talk to them. Figure out what happened or what went wrong.

The best thing for you is to forgive and forget. It is painful and it is likely that the process will be painful. If you constantly dwell on what one person did wrong to you, it can make your like miserable and hard to accomplish happiness.

As a teenage girl it is going to be hard to do that, or to ignore it which would also work. But if you don't try, you can not be mad because it was you who didn't try to improve things for the better.

Go talk to them find out what may have happened. Most of the time it is caused by miscommunications. And the people understanding things the wrong way of that in which they were ment to be understood.

yep when i was 14 or 15 my best friend stole my boyfriend, then i forgave her and she did it again. And she was so much more unattractive than me, made me feel very bad. But in goin that she made me realise the guys were stupid sleezes anyway.

ages 12-19 friends betray each other all the time due to all those bloody homone changes, its best not to dwell on it for too long cos those hormones can make young people do crazy things.......

13-15 is a very difficult part of life, but believe me, it gets better! Im 20 and happy as larry, when i was 13 i was a depressed wreck. Dont worry about that stuff and LIVE! :) Be happy

I'm 16 now, but i had a best friend when I was younger (8-14), and we shared everything with each other. She started having problems and began to feel bad about herself, so she started blabbing all my stuff to everyone and even making things up about me. When people found out she was lying, though, she got into a LOT of trouble. Nobody really likes her now because they know what kind of person she is. Hang in there; everything will come out right in the end.

I'm 17, but when I was about 14 or 15, my best friend hurt me sexually. (You know what I mean... I don't want to say it on here). Everyone has had someone betray them...

13 and yeah. My cousin was my ultimate BFF until maybe fifth or sixth grade. Then all of a sudden she's making fun of me in front of all the "popular" people just to get a laugh out of them. their favorite thing to do was try and make me cry at lunch. they even told some kid I had a huge crush on him and he wouldn't leave me alone for months. Now that we're a little bit older it's stopped and we're friends again, proving that all clouds have a silver lining. don't give up hope.

I just spent that time getting good grades and really focusing on my family and my pets. 2 weeks later it all stoped and i had my freinds begging me to forgive them but i told i forgave them but we cant be freinds anymore. I'm 15 and yes. I had a friend who turned against me and started talking behind my back and spreading rumors. The worst part is she had been my friend for 9 years.

Well, when I was that age, yes actually. I told a girl who I thought was my friend a HUGE secret...next thing you know, entire eighth grade knows. If this has happened to you, the best thing you can do is IGNORE her! Block her out of your life before she causes more trouble. I made the mistsake of not doing that...
