Pregnancy & Parenting - 9 February 2007

I am almost two months late, I have taken hpt and a blood preg. test-both negative. I have been having lots of back pain, headaches, and pressure and movement in my abdomen area. My period was twice in November, once but late in Dec and light and none in Jan and so far now. Could I still be pregnant?

I am 10 weeks pregnant and I drink tons of water and cranberry juice during the day and I am fine. At night when I sleep obviously I am not drinking anything. When I get up to use the restroom my pee is sooo yellow almost orange and it burns to pee. I have a hard time getting back to sleep becuase it burns so bad. In the morning I am fine again. I dont get it. This has been going on for about 3 weeks. My insurance doesnt kick in till March 1st and thats when I see the doctor. I dont have any money now for anything soo I dont know what to so please help!!!

im not sure but my husband went to go buy some sausage on wednesday and the family ate. i got sick, so as my other sister inlaws my mother inlaw we all got sick and vomit. the next day they couldn't go to school. but my husband is fine no affect at all.me and my husband, you know.. on tues. or wedn. the next day i cook some more of the meat and then i ate it and got sick and vomit during work. i thought it was the onion. then i ate later i was fine. today as friday i ate banana and i was fine and then i ate salad and then got sick and vomit. so what is it? ughh.oh my gosh im so scared to get pregnant....yikes.im so not ready. i know you guys r probably like well, why did you do it duh!! sigh.. my body feels achey and because its been cold here in MN and i feel like maybe im getting sick because i didnt take the flu shot or maybe theres chances that i maybe pregnant. by telling you guys this any idea.can you tell what are the symptoms.i know that my girl mon.should turn up sat/sun/mon

I'm looking for either nursery rhymes, rhyming books, or just stories. My daughter has plenty of books on animals, animal sounds, ABC's, counting, words, etc. Can anyone just name some fun books that don't neccessarily have to do with learning? Title and Author would be awesome, thanks!

im 35 weeks 1 day pregnant..why am i having light bleeding????

and also ive had normal periods or whatever thus far in my pregnancy so when will i know if my mucus plug is falling or has fallen out or if its just my period back again??

I wasn't sure if I should make the bottles ahead of time and keep them cold or not? I was just going to put the formula in one of those plastic dispensers and bring the empty bottles so I wouldn't have to worry about keeping them cold, but can I do that? What's the best way to go? None of the security guidelines say anything about bringing just the powdered formula on board?

My son is 16 months old and his father just moved out. We decided we needed some time apart. Him and our son were so close and now he only sees him on saturdays because he works 6 days a week at night so he sleeps all day. My son wanders around the house all day looking around corners, in closets and under the covers yelling "daddy where u?" It breaks my heart. And everywhere we go he grabs men's coats and their pant legs to see if they are his daddy. how do i explain to a 16 month old that daddy isn't here anymore. He's way too young to understand anything i tell him.

I think we are both tired of mac and cheese, turkey dogs, quesadillas, pizza, grilled cheese (notice a cheese theme?)
I am looking for easy and nutritional- something he thinks is a treat, but is really nutritional! Maybe something I can make ahead and pull out individually and heat up?

ok im sure you are tired of questions like this but i am kinda confused I ovulated on or around the second of feb my lmp was jan 20 well im areound 7 dpo amd i have cm almost like the texture of ovulation it is clear and stretches like ovulation so what does this mean i also have had some cramping has anyone ever had this before i know it may sound nuts but i have never had this happen after ovulation thanks in advance for the answeres!!!

i know this may be a really werd question...but this is all new to me. I was just curious... when you premake a bottle with concentrated formula...you know the one you put half formula half water...well when you premake them...do you add the water all ready or do you have to add the water when you are ready to use it...or does it matter??

My daughter is 2 months old and has the flu virus. The doctor said that I should use saline drops and suction out her nose and use a cool mist humidifier. I have done all this but she is so miserable and she has a cough. I bought Little Remedies brand Little noses but the doctor doesn't have the chart for the dosage for a 10 pound baby. Has anyone used this with thier newborn and what dose did you use?

I got my last depo shot in June. In december I got a normal period, but 10 days later I got another one. I didn't get my next until January 25th, and it lasted for 11 days! We really want to conceive. Has this happened to anybody else? I just want to know if these are real periods (am I ovulating) or is this just strange bleeding??

Everyone is telling me I'm going to have twins. But when I went to the doctor, he only heard one heartbeat. Could it still be possible that I could be having twins... I did not have an ultra sound yet. I wont get one till I'm 20 weeks.... Could it still be possible? Have anyone ever experiece this before... I would love to have twins and I'm still hoping that I will have one.... but the doctor only heard one so, I'm kind of bummed.... I'm still excited though to have my baby.. I can't wait...

I'm 18 weeks and I tested positive for Group B Strep. I'm scared. They want me to go on antiobiotics right now, but I've been researching it and all the websites I've found said that most people start it when they go into labor...why are they putting me on it so quickly? Has anyone else had to take antibiotics DURING pregnancy....? I'm scared!!
