No, taking it every other day will not help you get regular. Depending on where you are, see if you can find a clinic such as one run by Planned Parenthood. The use of the Pill is to help you to get regular so you can have a baseline for ovulation. Your only other option is to get a ovulation tester found at any drug store so that you can get an idea of when you do ovulate to increase your chances of getting pregnant.
I see you do not have insurance, you and the 47 million other Americans, however, think this through because it is an expensive endeavor. You cannot skip office visits with a OB because they are the best source of information that you can get to know once you are pregnant what the fetus is doing in terms of growth, if the child has chromosomal deformities etc. One visit without insurance is about $120.00.
Delivery costs at a hospital run on avg $15,000 and this was back in 2003. It has probably increased since then. Having a child is a wonderful thing but really know what you are getting into. One average in the first year, to take care of a newborn runs the family about $11,000.

Uh, if you use words like '4rm' and 'prego', i worry you are old enough to have a child. You are also not well informed about things like pregnancy, the pill, and periods.

So my advice would be to take the pill every day so you don't conceive!

Taking the pill every other day is completely pointless. It will not affect your periods, in fact it is more likely to make them worse than more regular. And it won't be at all effective as a contraceptive.

Please think again about having a baby. You seem far to young and ill-informed. You should try and read up alot before you get pregnant. Plus if you don't have insurance how are you going to afford it?

If you take the pill EVERY OTHER day it won't do anything, but cause you to bleed all the time.

They are intended to be taken DAILY. Do as directed, if not you will get pregnant. Use condoms too!

BC pills do not protect against STD'S or HIV

no, that would screw it up worse.

And having a baby with no insurance is going to be damn expensive. Unless you're planning on having the taxpayers pay for it, in which case, shame on you.
