I am almost two months late, I have taken hpt and a blood preg. test-both negative. I have been having lots of back pain, headaches, and pressure and movement in my abdomen area. My period was twice in November, once but late in Dec and light and none in Jan and so far now. Could I still be pregnant?

I have also found a lump in my breast, which are very sore. In December, I was really sick with nausea and the day that I was going to buy a test I had my period.
I have an appt with the doctor on Monday to get all this checked out. He wanted to call me in Provera to start one but I really don't want to do that until I find out for sure.
The movement started last week beginning with flutters. It just happened out of the blue.

Not usually. Even if you were pregnant, you shouldn't be feeling movement yet. You're not pregnant and your symptoms will stop as soon as you stop thinking you are.

It depends on how long after your missed period you had the blood test. It coming twice in November might just mean it was 21 days later sometimes doing the year that happens. Back pain and movement wouldnt be a problem until after the 5th month. Mothers dont feel movement until about 20 weeks/ 5 months. and backaches start around then because of the weight gain in the stomach. If youve only missed 3 periods you cant be having these problems because of being pregnant. If you had the blood test to early it could be wrong, so if I were you I'd take another test. If youre pregnant by now you should of seen a doctor at least 2 times anyway to help ensure a happy healthy baby.

Definatly get a blood test with a doctor. Its most accurate. But speaking from my own experiences, I've dealt with a similar situation. My period was always irregular as a teen. A little over a year ago, I had my period twice in one month and nothing for almost two months, followed by really bad back cramps, where as before, I hardly ever had cramps, and not even half as bad as these. They are like that always now, and I am still, never regular. I started thinking I was pregant as well. My breast were sensitive and hurt and I was nauseas and felt a difference in my abdominal area as well. You're feeling movement? With the time frame you've given, it's too early for you to feel movement. Thats not supposed to occur until about 4-5 months. Go see a doctor. Cuz I have heard of cases were you may still get your period while pregnant. Like up to 3 months.

If you haven't had your period since december and none in jan and you have taken pregnancy tests... i doubt you are pregnant. But you do need to go see a doc asap. You shouldn't feel movement in your abdomen at all... pregnant women can't even feel their babies till 20-24 weeks. And that is the nonstop movement... and headaches are not good... you need to get yourself an appt with your doc asap and see whats wrong... goodluck and hope everything is alright

No. It sounds like you are having a phantom pregnancy-you think you are so the symptoms occur. See your doctor and ask them about this. You may need other treatment or they may need to adjust the type of birth control you are on (which can sometimes give symptoms of pregnancy depending on the type of med). You wouldn't likely be feeling movement yet anyway-the baby is too small at this point. Sorry.

It depends on when the pregnancy test was done. Sometimes there are low levels of the pregnancy hormone in the blood so it's not always detected. I would recomend taking another one just to see. If this one is negative, you should see your doctor for an appt.

That's not very likely. Once the baby implants, hcg is then relsased into your blood stream and increases at a rate of doubleing every 2.2 days. If you're blood contained hcg of 5 or less, then you're not pregnant.
I don't know what is going on with your body, but your doctor needs to help you figure out what it is.
Good luck!

there are instant sese when a test will fail or your body will not prduce enough concentrated hormone, but you will not start getting back pain until you have started to gain weight. It may be that you are working alot or stressed that can coue the lack or disruption of your period i would go, to the doctor ask for a bliid test that will give you a good anwser.

There probably wasn't enough pregnancy hormone to detect, but usually the blood test is the best way to get the positive. Have you had any symptoms of pregnancy other then the unusal period?
