childbirth questions?

Serious childbirth related questions!!!?
Ok, so im 36 weeks pregnant, and i ment to sign up for child birth classes, like 10 weeks ago, but kept putting it off, and now im in the lucky position that ive got 4 weeks to go (dr. isnt letting me go past my due date of March 12th, due to medical reasons) and were trying to do a vaginal delivery. But seeing as i have had no previous pregnancies, and know absolutly sqat about having a baby, breathing techniques, or any of that, is there anybody that knows where i can get help??? ( i am literally at my last penny streched, so i cant just go pay the $100 for the one saturday class, and besides the next 8 weeks of saturday classes are full :( )

I dont actually know where you can get help, sorry.
But I just wanted to say I dont think taking a class on childbirth is really necessary, women have been doing it for years and years without classes. It happens naturally.
My tip is to breathe through the contractions,as that helps. You dont actually need to do the 'ha ha he he' crap. Just try and concentrate on your breathing and slowly breathe in and out.
Try and stay as relaxed as you can (hard I know but just dont freak out, take everything as it comes)
Each women and labour is different so you will just have to try things that actually help you and make you feel better. With my first I was at a birth center and had a bath and shower and went in the pool. That helped take some of the pain out of the contractions. With my second none of that worked and I just had to pace.
I'm sure you will be fine, the midwifes do this every day and will know how to help you and get you through it. I'm sure you will be fine, I never took any classes and had my first one with no problem. When it happens you'll just figure it out.
