i want to know how women fell about this my sis said that she would get abortion but i don't think that i would be able to go through whit it so i want you to tell me what you think. thank you for your input melanie

I don't believe an abortion is even an option. I have always said that if that ever happened to me that I would have the baby and give it up for adoption. There are so many people out there who can't have children and would love to have a child. Adoption is the loving option!

To tell you the truth I can't even say what I would do. It depends on alot of things such as how old I am...or did I get anything from rapist that could harm my baby. I've never been in that situation so I can't say what or how I would do. But I would think about another beautiful soul in my life and I would love it no matter what. the child didn't do anything to me.
Maybe I would have and give it up for adoption. Give it to someone who can't have kids but then again rape baby or not I wouldnt just want to give my baby up to the next Dick & Jane. That baby would still be part of me.

well...i think that is a very hard decision to make..i honestly dont know what i would do...i dont believe in abortion but i cant imagine transfering the hate for the man that raped you into hate for the child you are carrying...i think that after i took the moring after pill!! and still got pregnant, that i would go through with the pregnancy and then give the baby up for adoption so someone could love him/her they way they deserve
actually my aunt was raped when she was 22 and got pregnant...she kept the baby, my cousin Matt who is now 16, and she says that she just tries to not think of how she conceived him..she just remembers that she was blessed with a baby!!
it definetely takes a strong woman to make any decision in this situation

I believe that life begins at conception, I would not have and abortion. My cousin was raped, had the child, and a loving couple that wanted a child, knew what happened. That would what I would do.

I would have the baby... I would hope that my husband would be ok with it... but if it turned out to be that we resented the baby, or either of us felt like we couldnt handle the situation.. and if therapy didnt work, i would probably let someone in my family adopt, if they wanted too... or i would give the baby up for adoption...for an open adoption, if possible.

I would keep it. The baby is an innocent soul. It is a tragedy but bringing a life in the world is not.

I say that I would defently keep the baby because it was not that babys falt for what happend and I would love that baby as if I planned or him/her
