Your doctor will prescribe vitamins for you if you are trying to conceive. But, one thing I have noted over the years. The more you over do to change your system, the more it's going to work on your body to adapt and less on the baby. I didn't go to extremes when I got pregnant. I cut back on a lot of things, but I didn't change my diet 100%. I have seen that people who go over board tend to have problems. Don't stress to much, and if you slip, talk to your doctor. I'm sure they will tell you all is fine. My son turned out to be late, big and healthy.

"pregnancy" happens when the 'environment' is at it's premium'...
thats a PH factor...and relevant. Health is therefor relevent.. so is nutrition.
Uterine PH is manipulable simply with soda , or vinegar... eather will change the fertilization environment. Ya could increase or decrease the odds of your child's sex, that way.
Physically,..[re your body's PH], see your nutritionist, or doc, and yes, there are vitamins that enhance your pregnancy's term, and your bodys investment in the whole process.
And , no,.. I've never been pregnant. But i loved the woman who gave me children enough to investigate the intricacys of it... i could have not...but ...i am glad i did.

I had a friend who was trying to get pg and went to see a fertility doctor. She was given prenatal vitamins as well as fertility pills.
