I am due to give birth in a week and i am wondering if anyone has a link to pictures of woman giving birth so i could see what it is like to give birth

maybe birth videos are too emotional but i know where you can read and look at pictures.
some lady made a online-babybook at

TLC has a great show I think it is called a baby story and it actually shows women giving birth. Up close and personal all that is blurred is the clitoris itself(i think). My kids have even watched it. It is an amazing miracle. Depending on who you are it is also gross still a miracle but gross. And remember everyone is different. I have 5 kids and not a single one of my pregnancies was the same. My water only broke with 1 and it was so unexpected ( I was cooking dinner and folding laundry) it took me a minute to figure out what happened.

I have no idea what it is like to give birth, but I do know what it is like to have pain and I think my pain had not come even close to giving birth.
Imagine getting hit with a 357 magnum in your leg and your laid up in the hospital with leg raised up with pins all in it.

i agree with galixcymagic's. i've had two babies and i watched tlc. I even prepared my oldest daughter with that program. I would tell my daughter that mommy was going to do the same and a baby was going to come out of the belly. Now, she adores her sister. No rivalry whatsoever. All pregnancies and child labor is different. Just relax, you might even pass your due date. (i did, for both) congrats

i don't think u should watch the movie of birth ,i think reading about it would be better
