I think the first one, Sumiyah Amariye, would have a better chance of being pronounced correctly given the pronunciation you provided. With the second one, I have a tendency to look at all the vowels at the end and want to pronounce as "uh-mar-ray". Maybe just me, but I like the first.
"Kwaleyah" is a cute name, too. I like unsual names, have one myself and have tried to give my children slightly unusual names. Everyone complains when you do that no one will ever be able to pronounce it, but you know what, it doesn't matter if your family is happy. My name has been mispronounced probably since birth by dozens of people, and I just smile and correct them, but honestly I get more comments on how pretty and unusual it is. Sumiyah Amarae definetly. More unique than Amariye but also looks a little bit easier to pronounce. Kwaleyah is cute especially the spelling.
