how can I get any decent rest with him screaming like this? I mean I don't show up at his house in the middle of the night and scream him awake... Some people are just damn inconsiderate. Can I sue him for emotional trauma and loss of REM sleep?

Plaintiff filed a civil suit for real property against her ex-boyfriend last year (11/2006), (and has refused to move and is living free there) trial date set 11/26/07. 12 days prior, she let go of her attorney, or he quit. She hired a new one 11/14/07. He wanted a continuance to 3/24/08, but defendant lawyer refused unless conditions were met, and only continued to 12/17/07. Plaintiff's attorney agreed. The conditions so far have not be honored, plaintiff has refused. What possible ramifications are there from a case where the plaintiff doesn't honor court ordered conditions?

I personally think it is wrong to impair your decision in any manner but then your chances that you will die or kill someone while driving increases. What is your opinion?

My boyfriend found that all of his Christmas presents were stolen yesterday. There was no sign of forced entry and the door was locked when he arrived home. The day before he found them missing, apartment workers were replacing his refridgerator. No one but my boyfriend has a key to the apartment, aside from the apartment complex. He called the police and they talked to the apartment complex and filed a report. His renters insurance doesn't cover stolen items. What are his options?

I heard they were going to start having to report earnings as profit so it stands to reason if they're considered a business to the U.S. government then the BBB should accept reports for investigation and fraud.

What do you think? Know anything about it?

Ok so I'm not stupid enough to do this but my friend kept bugging me about it. I told her no but she won't let it go. She keeps saying that if she got caught nothing can happen to me, she would only get in trouble.. but I beg to differ. I was just wondering EXACTLY what could happen if she got caught with a copy of my ID trying to get into the bar. I live in the state of PA. Any actual proof from websites or anything would help. I couldn't find anything but I know it'd be a bad situation. Thank you! Just wanna prove her wrong!

I need to know so I can sleep tonight. When these two parents are sent to prison, what will it be like for them? I am the father of three precious girls and I can't except any punishment other than pure Hell. I would like to hear from former inmates what they will be treated like.

I'm wondering because I am supposed to be started a basic job at CVS, while Im in school for Pharmacy. I do have a criminal record (not drug or money related though).

If I get hired and stay with the company all through med school, can they not-hire me as a pharmacists due to my record?

Just wondering if there is a 'foot in the door' clause that would protect me from being completely screwed over.

When I called the manager of the apartment complex to let her know I was getting a dish, she said it wasn't allowed and hung up the phone on me while I was explaining there was a federal law that says she can't refuse tenants cable. I'm nervous about dealing with her again because she is the type of person who would try to have me evicted, or keep my deposit even though there is no damage to my apt. I would like to get her in trouble. Can she be fined for refusing me cable?

The UK ambassador suggests that the convicted teacher my have been guilty of insensitivity to the local customs when she allowed the class to name the "Teddy bear" Muhammad. It is my contention that she only guilty of showing her sensitivity to that culture. A Teddy bear is not an animal at all but rather a FRIEND. It is your friend, it is your confidant. It is someone who listens to everything you say and does not judge you. It misses you when you are gone and is glad when you return.
It is the actions like those of this court that fuel the hatred of Islam and its judges.
Just two days ago, I heard a man call to his pet dog, Muhammad, it was a surprise in this part of the world, Kansas. I did not realize that it was intended to be an insult. I not would be suprised, IF, in this nation of pork eating people, that someone or ten someones named all of the swine on their ranch "Muhammad."
I would name my dog if I had one "Muhammad", not in honor of the prophet, but rather for you.

I'm not sure if this would be cosidered malpractice or if we should just file a complaint and who to file it with.

A doctor treating a patien for Bipolar disorder, anxiety, panic attacks, high blood pressure and diabetes. One of the medications for the anxiety and panic disorder is addictive. The patient goes in for his routine exam and refills and the next day realizes he was not given a refill on the panic disorder medication. The doctor is called and asked for a refill 4 days later after the patient has run out of the medication and experiancing severe side effects of withdrawl and panic disorder the doctor call the pharmacy and denies the refill and tells the pharmacy that he needs to see the patient. It states very clearly in all pharmacy information to NOT abruptly stop taking this medication due to extreme pschological and physical side effects of withdrawl.

Is this malpractice or just somthing that should be reported to the medical board?
