Ok so I'm not stupid enough to do this but my friend kept bugging me about it. I told her no but she won't let it go. She keeps saying that if she got caught nothing can happen to me, she would only get in trouble.. but I beg to differ. I was just wondering EXACTLY what could happen if she got caught with a copy of my ID trying to get into the bar. I live in the state of PA. Any actual proof from websites or anything would help. I couldn't find anything but I know it'd be a bad situation. Thank you! Just wanna prove her wrong!

just say you lost it, they don't have any proof saying you gave it to her. But if you're with her then you could get in trouble if they wanted to. Usually at a bar and club they'll just kick you out, they may take up the license. Bouncers don't care, but if there are cops around, then you can get a ticket. Cuz youre supplying someone with false identification.
normally at clubs and stuff they don't even look at the license that carefully any way. Many underage people get into bars and clubs with other peoples ids.

Contributing to the delinquency of a minor if she gets caught using your i.d. or driver's license.
I don't about your state but here a lot of police officers and deputy sheriffs work part time as bouncers in the clubs when off duty so don't count on her just getting kicked out of the club.
Best to tell NOT NO WAY BUT NO WAY IN H.E.L.L to using your i.d. or driver's license.

are you twins? if not i don't see how this will work....
tell her to piss off and just buy her some beer, if shes underage she will prob be scared to be at the bar in the first place and will stand out, on top of that she will mostlikely get shitty drunk and look like an *** only drawing more attention to her self resulting in her getting a fine and in an *** load of trouble, its safer and cheeper to just have a house party.

The cop knows where to mail the ticket for contributing to a minor. And your idiot friend gets asked her birthdate and gets it wrong b/c she is too excited about getting to go to the bar.

Alcohol is a poison. Only mature, responsible people should be allowed to ruin their potential, reputations and make a mockery of all their parents sacrificed for.
