I heard they were going to start having to report earnings as profit so it stands to reason if they're considered a business to the U.S. government then the BBB should accept reports for investigation and fraud.

What do you think? Know anything about it?

Many people who sell on Ebay also have businesses associated with their business on Ebay. You can easily find this information out. If you have a dispute with a seller...contact PAYPAL first...if they can't help you...you can go to BBB but you aren't going to get ANY help from them. You can also try to file a complaint with the district attorney or the state's attorney general regarding the business as well as filing a small claims case against them.

Why? The BBB is of no use at all when you have a complaint.

The BBB has no authority to do anything. All it is is an advertising sales company.

You pay so much a month, and they let you use "BBB Member" on your advertising materials. It means NOTHING.
