He said "Hey did you just buy a lighter" And I said "Yes I did" and he said "Give me that lighter" I gave him the lighter right ..And then he says "Get the fuc* out of here, I never wanna see you in this store again". He never even gave me my money back or anything. And he swore at me. What could I do cause basically it wasn't my fault. And what can I do about him swearing at me and not even giving me my money back???

I'm not aware of any laws prohibiting the purchase of lighters by minors.

I just gotta know, though....What do you need a lighter for?

Go back to the store, get your money back from the manager, go to jail for violating the law.

um learn from it and dont give **** back if u paid for it it sounds like u kinda got suprised n didnt kno what to do
