Yes, a year or so ago some crazy lady actually got a retraining order against David Letterman. She claimed that he was influencing her thru the TV and that he was harassing her. It hit the news and the lawyers for David Letterman were able to show that this restraining order should never have been and it was dropped.

From that, I would believe that it is possible with legal help and if there is a flaw in why the restraining order was placed.

Yes. Go to the judge who issued it and tell him why it should be revoked.

Better have a really, really good argument, though.
