MY car was impounded improperly by the city, I got the documentation from the city to get my car out of the impound yard, and was told that my car was picked up by the leinholder. Now they(the leinholder) wants me to pay a bunch of fees they incurred in the process of moving my car, even though I wasn't liable for any of the fees related to the towing and impounding of my car. Can they do this legally? I am current on the loan, and don't want to pay any more than I have to.

My cousin was inside of a store in the mall, he has this idea where he takes a clearance tag and puts it on a expensive item and pays for it. he changes tags in the dressing room where no one can watch him. since it is against the law to have cameras in the dressing room. well, he noticed that 2 people posing as a couple were following him and his wife around, so when they got to the register,he told the cashier that he didnt want the items (he had a bad feeling) well, his wife noticed that the couple said "okay lets go" and followed him and his wife out of the store. They did not arrest them because they didnt actually walk out with the items and they took off, the gift card that they were going to purchase the items with, the balance was removed. Can they be arrested or tracked down for this? Even though, they walked out with nothing?

Hi guys! Just was checking out my credit report and noticed that an old credit card debt I had that had filed a judgement against me in the local court. Before the court date I appealed and worked out a payment plan that I am current on and should be finishing off soon. We never went to court and I swear they sent me a letter that is was dismissed. But the judgement is on my public credit report and bringing my score down more which I understand I shouldn't have let it get that far but do I have to wait 7-10 years for it to go away or should it be off when I am finished paying???

Yesterday my car (Nissan Sentra 2004) was sputtering and i took it to the dealership. Well today they told me that it was MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor, and they had to replace it. Since my car was no longer under warranty , i would have to pay $500 just for the MAF sensor and $95 for the technician to install it and since i need my car soon, i agreed to the deal. Well after searching online i found MAF sensors that fit my car for $327(new) at Auto Parts. Any suggestions on whats my best option is (I'm on a tight budget), I plan on picking up the car and paying for everything tomorrow?

I hate walfare. I think that its not fair that we have to pay taxes for all of these people that can work but don't want to. I understand if someone is in a bad situation but all these "shines" (lol :) ) take advantage! Agree not not? Correct me if I'm wrong.

A 71 year old woman released from hospital suffering from Angina, clots around the heart. They said she was well enough to go home where she has no support. She cannot get out at all. There is no food in the house and it is cold and damp. Is this acceptable? According to our local hospital, because a neighbour has said she will do the shopping she has support.

This lady is very confused. She threw all the newly bought food out of her freezer because she thought it was bad. The hospital has refused to put her forward for home assessment as she can wash herself!!

Now it is up to neighbours who have lives of their own, jobs, children etc. to take on the caring role with no training or support.

Is this normal or acceptable?

Ok i share joint custody with my exwife but she is the custodial parent who i pay child support to. I get my son every other weekend. The problem is i need to go away on a work issue and need to switch weekends with her but she has "plans" and refuses to help me out. My question is can she "legally" make me get my son that weekend? I have asked everyone i know to help me out but no one can watch him and i can't take him with me. The only problem i see is we signed in our custody agreement what days we would be responsible for.Can she still hold me to it?

If so, why are so many against Ron Paul. I have seen countless attempts to keep him out of the media and censoring him from many websites. Also many smear attempts against him that make no sense. It's like they have never even listened to what his views are.
Ron Paul stands for the constitution. What is so wrong with that?

I was rear-ended by somone about 4 months ago, that person was exceeding the speed limit by three times. He did not survive. Thankfully I did but not in good shape. My car was totaled in which his insurance company paid for. I have been to 10 weeks of physical therapy & it has not helped so I am having a MRI done next week to see what is wrong. I am also seeing a physcolgist for the mental depression I am having since witnessing his death. So everyone told me I should get a lawyer which I did. He sent me a letter which reads the other persons insurance only has a policy limit of $25,000 which means this is all that I am able to receive. He said in the letter if that's not enough money their are other avenues to take. I am scheduled to see him again next week but in the mean time I would like to know what this means? I don't know yet how much my medical bills are...sorry that I don't have that info. Thanks for answering.

sorry, I'm new at this and don't know how to ask follow-up/reply to answers. Donald Kelso is the attorney's name. Basically they want a call within 10 days to settle or I risk being sued individually. My ISP tells me they haven't heard of this and would not provide information if they did. Never heard of Gnutella (?) & don't know how to use/do what I'm being accused of. How can I find out what/who really is the IP in the letter? would that help?
