It's not partitions (thats a hard drive term, computer knowledge ftw ^_^) anyway, its petitions and like the other lady said, Yeah just get people to sign their name, and phone number and you should be good to go. Also state intent and reason on top.

Do you mean petitions? You can make your own up and just state the problem. Have registered voters sign, address and phone I think is all you need. Check with your local county courthouse Registrar of Voters.
