You will need to prove:
1. You are mature enough to manage your own affairs. This is demonstrated by things like a clean criminal record, good grades etc.
2. You can support yourself financially. You will need to show income and anticipated expenses.
3. That your welfare is better served by not being with your parents. Hating mom's rules will not meet this criteria.
4. That there are no other reasonable solutions to the issues at home.

You will need to hire a lawyer to get you though the process.

Not sure what state you live in but the laws are different in each, so you will need to contact the courts and find out what is required of you and if there are forms to be filled out and such.
For any number of teenagers living under strict parental guidelines, the idea of emancipation must seem like the ultimate get-out-of-jail free card. The harsh reality concerning legal emancipation is that many may feel called, but relatively few are chosen. In the United States, a child under the age of 18 can generally be considered emancipated, no longer under parental control, for three main reasons: legal marriage, demonstrated financial independence, or military service. Short of that, most teenagers can only claim disgruntlement.

So if this is something you really want be sure to have all over your ducks in a row before approaching the courts.

Your chances of getting emancipated are very low. Laws vary from state to state. It is a legal process and you need to convince a judge that it is in your best interests. You need to be able to provide for yourself and I'm pretty sure that you need to be maintaining your own residence and have a stable source of income. Here is a link that will tell you if there are emancipation statutes in your state: http://www.jlc.org/index.php/factsheets/emancipationus. A judge won't emancipate you just because you don't like your parents or because they won't let you do something that you want to do, and getting married does not automatically emancipate you. The bottom line is you are going to need a lawyer, they can guide you through the process.
