I was trying to deposit money in her bank and the bank told me its illegal! My girl called the bank and asked for additional debit card to give to me and they were fine with that...so why are they trippin now if they allowed her to do that?

perfectly legal if you have her permission to have the card and she gives you the PIN. By the way it is not illegal to make a deposit into someones account, those tellers were idiots.

It is NOT illegal to deposit money in someone elses account.

I work for a lawyer who does lots of real estate deals and I do it for clients all the time.

Odd that they would give you the power to take out money but have a problem with putting it in.

It is a violation of the terms and conditions of issue for every ATM card I have received to give the card to anyone else and to divulge the PIN to anyone else. If the bank issues another card, they can still determine which card was used if an issue comes up.

It depends on the teller. Go to a different branch. I bet it was Bank of America, right?
