I Dont Know Where Abouts Your From But In The Uk, You Cant Smoke In A Public Place. Ie: Pubs, Clubs Etc....


Also There Is Talk About Banning Smoking In Your Own PERSONAL Car, What The Fcuk Is Up With That...Its Our Property And If We So Wish To Smoke There Then So Be

There are lots of partitions but unless it's actually one you own it would probably be illegal to sign it. I presume you mean graffiti like "yay for smokers" or something like that. I would not advise writing graffiti about anything in public places or on a partition belonging to someone else, as you could get into trouble.
