Yes. The police may tell you they can't do anything, but you make sure they make a record of your complaint. That way, if (when) he does do something, you have already got some paperwork on it with the police.

Also do this: keep a log of whatever you notice about him. You might need it in the future to show escalation, or how long it has been going on.

Do keep your phone on your person when at home or in the yard.

If possible, have your house swept for bugs he may have planted.

If possible, speak to him. Ask him real nice, "I notice you filming - what's up?" or "is there a problem I should know about?" You can gauge his response & that will help you know if he is just creepy or possibly dangerous. If you're scared to do this, then don't.

Don't do anything to antagonize the situation. Don't, for example, start filming him.

I would first go to him, NOT his mom, and let him know that he is really bothering you. He is not only disrespecting you, he is also violating you in your home setting, which no one should have to deal with. If you feel uncomfortable or for some reason can't talk to him directly, tell his parents about the situation. This could be a legal matter that could lead to restraining orders, but I advise you to not bring it that far. I think once you express your concern and discomfort then things will straighten out. Good luck!

Yes call the police and make a report. You need a paper trail in case something happens. At the same time, I would get access to an Attorney. If you don't have one, try the site below and watch the movie.

I hate to tell you this, but as long as he is not in your yard or taking pics of the inside of your house and as long as the lens is not more powerful than the human eye, he can do it. So, you do it back to him or just go talk to crazy. Ask him what he is doing. He might taping some rare species of bird in your yard. ???

I would definitely call the police. Does he have any possible reason to be doing it? Could he think you're dealing drugs or something? Talk to him in a non-threatening way if you can and ask him what he wants?

Camcord him back. He'll get the message. If not, put it on YouTube for all to see what a creep he is.

yes. Police are taking suspected stalking a lot more seriously than they used to.

Is he IN your yard or taping from his yard? If he's in your yard, tell him to stay out. If he doesn't, report him to the cops for trespassing.

It would not hurt to make a record of it. They can help you know what options are available to you.
