No this would be a diplomatic way of doing things and the fanatial bible thumpers in politics are not going to let that happen. Also if you hadn't noticed there are no smokers rights none.

No. there isn't.. but I think there should be one to stop cars coming in to the cities (use public transport ) there are much more pollutants and chemicals in our food and from factories etc than a bunch of people smoking...

Smokers don't have rights. They are annoying and doing themselves a disservice. Smoking is not healthy and you know it. I don't smoke because I know it is not healthy, and I don't want to have to breathe or smell your smoke.
