Yeah, you really need to find a lawyer in your town/city to talk to. The answers to your questions depend heavily on where you live and the specifics of your case.

It is important to find a local lawyer not just so he/she knows the rules/laws applicable, but also because local lawyers are more familiar with how your particular town's police department will handle certain issues (especially the domestic violence issues - police have widely varying ways to handle that).

WOW good script can i get a copy of the whole story?
Now Hey i would get some money loan what ever and get the heck outta there if thsi is all true. Go some where that your not known then send any supporting documents to the court. But first of all cut your losses and Run otherwise sounds like your life is basically over as you know it.

Go see a lawyer. If things are as bad as you say why would you take anything less than the opinion of a professional in the field?
