sorry, I'm new at this and don't know how to ask follow-up/reply to answers. Donald Kelso is the attorney's name. Basically they want a call within 10 days to settle or I risk being sued individually. My ISP tells me they haven't heard of this and would not provide information if they did. Never heard of Gnutella (?) & don't know how to use/do what I'm being accused of. How can I find out what/who really is the IP in the letter? would that help?

Here's an idea for you - Call them. How are we supposed to guess what is going on?

Well, since you addressed this to me, I guess I should reply. ;)

My gut instinct is it's a scam. It wouldn't hurt to call them though. If they still insist you have to pay them money, tell them to waste their time and money filing a law suite.
