He has never threatened or done anything to anyone or anything in the park. I refused to make him move out so now she has tried everything from DHR to going to court to have me evicted i won the original case so now she has given me thirty days to move out. I am single mom with 2 children just started new job and am living in a trailor I'm paying for I just rent the lot . I feel I'm being harrassed and my son is being discriminated against. there are other children in the park but me and my neighbor have the only teenagers beside the great grandaughter who does what she wants. In our local newpaper today, there was a classified ad looking for a babysitter. This is what is said:

Looking for babysitter in the Salina are immediately. Pays $700/week. 678-318-1498

Seemed like a huge amount of money and a huge opportunity for just watching some children, so I called. There is a voice message saying to go to wonderfulnanny.com. I went to the site and before you can even apply, you have to pay a $10 non-refundable fee for them to process your application. Seems like a small amount of money to pay to be considered for such a high paying job. Then it donned on me. It's a scam. $10 is not a sum of money that people would get worked up about it they were scammed, but yet it's just little enough that if it might be an actual job, that they would pay it. Website looked professinal enough. Can you imagine how much money these people are making? If you have 300 people in one city apply for this job, they make $3000!

Can a cop put his hands in a persons pockets without consent from the person being searched with no handcuffs on and no pat down?
Also can they arrest someone who they already let go then they say is a witness?
and dont they read you your rights as soon as they arrest you not when they reach the police station?

8 yrs prior for petty theft shirt at mall?(haven't you been influenced? learned my lesson from there!) Since then I have never been in trouble, consider myself a good citizen working hard to support myself and mother while donating my time to local charities and the environment. I recently discovered my cc#'s had been falsely used at the company I worked for! I informed my superiors.I had suspicions of who may have done this(another employee who hated me)After hours of being bullied by the company attorney and standing up for myself-I was let go and once they learned I filed charges against them they filed charges against me criminally. What happen to the company's obligation to protect me as well as other employees? Where are my rights as a law abiding citizen-who happen to make a mistake in the past? What are my rights?

I have been working in a private school for 2 years. Now, the school want me to take training for upper elementary without pay. This training will take one month to complete. In lieu of no pay, I have to use my PTO. Unfortunately, my PTO is only 56 hrs. So, that means I only have pay for one week and the rest of the weeks no pay. The school is paying for the training but I have to buy my manuals and materials. Not to mention the gas. The training facility is 100+ miles from my home. The school made me feel that, it is my duty to take the training and I cannot say "no". Is this right? I tried searching the CA labor law and cannot find any answers. Your input is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I was talking to my friend yesterday concerning the movies and TV shows everyone watches online (I do it ALL the time)...She heard from lawyer friend that watching these illegally uploaded movies (even from sites such as YouTube, Dailymotion or Veoh) can incriminate the uploaders AS WELL AS the viewer...

Is this true? Has anyone else heard of this?

Someone shoots a gun. I don't know what they were aiming at. It goes through a window and strikes a woman who's about 7 or 8 months pregnant. The sex of the fetus is known. The baby's name was already decided. But it dies. The woman lives.

Ok. how far does "freedom of speech" go... I was sitting here and I started thinking about this whole freedom of speech and it just doesnt make sense. Can I go to work and in front of customers and co-workers and I say HEY I THINK SOME WOMEN IN HERE HAVE A NICE SET OF TI_TS... That would get me fired i belive. But its my freedom to speak that way:FREEDOM OF SPEECH. Can a cop pull me over and call me a dirty hispanic??? Wouldnt that be his right as an american?? And wouldnt it be my right as an american to call him whatever the hell i wanted??? How does this REALLY work. Does anyone know how it ACTUALLY works? I welcome all responders please I would like your opinons but I would love it if someone gave me FACTS and not ETHIC/MORAL answers. But again all answers are welcomed hence the topic.

When a convicted murderer is sentenced to life in prison, us taxpayers must feed him/her and make sure he/she has some sort of healthcare, etc. I was told that it actually costs more money to execute a prisoner. Is that true? Thank you for reading this.

Recently a website "Discountsalonoutlet.com" Charged me money for a purchase I had made on their website. A little while later I recieved a letter saying that the product had been discontinued and that I would recieve the credit back. It have been months since and I have not been reimbursed. I have sent various emails and get the response that I will/have gotten my money back and have not. To top if off recently the website has gone down and I have not been able to see and more contact information to get ahold of them. I called the host of the website and they said that the websites information has been marked as private and so they cannot give any of it away. They lady them informed me that I should get ahold of some sort of authority to help in the situation.

My question would inevitably be what "authority" should be contacted. I doubt the local police would have any knowledge in the situation : ). Any information (phone numbers/companys) would be appriciated.
