What kind of lawyer would you need to sue your neighbor? The answer is the same in both cases. One that specializes in what you are suing about. You pick a lawyer based on the case, not the defendant.

Your parents should slap you across the head. When they are done slapping the living poo out of you, you should go see a lawyer and pay him all of your money. As soon as the lawyer got all of your money (And the nice PlayStation 3 your parents bought you for xmas) he should slap you harder than your parents did before.
In 2 weeks when you wake up after your slap induced coma then maybe you will forget about all this.

It depends what you are sueing them for. It will most likely cost alot of money. You also can not sue until you are 18.

You can't sue your parents unless you're emancipated or until you turn 18. For the same reasons why someone can't sue you if you're under 18.
You're a minor still.

well you said nothing of ur case... but honestly, grow the hell up dude. if ur too ignerant of the legal process to know what kind of lawyer ya need, then ya have no business tryin to sue {{especially ur parents}}
