I just read an interesting article discussing the problem with some priests and the things they did with children. People naturally search for answers and according the sources I will give it is due to the satanic and sexual imagery they are bombarded with from within the church itself. While I like a good conspiracy do you think this has any validity?

I don't understand it. I am a huge Seattle Mariners fan, and I don't get it. The thing is that most of my fellow fans don't get it either. If it was at the beginning of the season when they struggled, or at the end of last year, I would understand. But now?! 8 game winning streak, 4 games out of the best record in Baseball (LA) and 1 game out of the wild card. Maybe it is a thing with Ichiro, I know they didn't get along at first...but I don't know. Help me out?

Hi .. okay - me and my sister was watching bugsy malone and he reminded us of that really old mafia actor - like al pacino or sonmething, but we looked al pacino up on google images and its not him who he reminds us of. In the US...if you are charged with some online scam, where the case is flimsy to begin with, can you pay off the money you supposedly owe and avoid a trial? Or do they make you go to trial for sure? If you get convicted at the trial, do they definitely give you jail time or can you get off with some fines?
Anyone who knows the mechanics of how it works. I was set up by someone I trusted who used my ebay and paypal and bank account information to pull scams that i am now watned for. The net amount is 30,000 dollars. Can anyone help? What'[s the worst I can expect?

Hi,my 13 yr old son had his b'day party on sat and my husbands brother's lad came over . He is 7 and he was hyper as he was running round non stop! anyway all the kids were in the front room and ryan (the 7 yr old) kicked my girl in the shin!(and he meant it) she has a hell of a bruise and it is quite painful. should I let ryan's dad know as he is quite spiteful or should i let it go!!

So everyone knows that the formula of the point-slope form is (Y-Y1)=m(X-X1) in which that (m) is your slope, and (x,y) is your point. What do you do when your slope is a fraction?

Here's an example...

I have 2 PC's 1 connected by wire and other wirelessly connected to a netgear router. I have done the usual stuff like stopped broadcasting SSID, enabled WEP (this is a pre-WPA router) and changed the IP addresses from the default (192.168.whatever) to something else.

I have 2 ports forwarded for bittorrent purposes but otherwise nothing else.

I don't have a s/w firewall installed (I do have AVIRA antivirus on both PC's) because I have been told that
a) a router is a h/w firewall
b) Sygate/zonealarm etc get in the way of bit torrents.

Do I have a cause for concern?

I do have plans to upgrade my router to get a WPA enabled one.

our government has always insisted in bringing back family values...so should we bring back... work monday to friday ..saturday for shopping and sunday off to church .....of course hospitals etc cant close on sunday and how can we go shopping on sarurday with no staff in the shops.but why do we need to work so much. to buy time saving gadgets and spend no time with our kids............do you need house insurance on a sunday or a new 3 piece suite....cant it wait one more day....why do you need to work 7 days a week....finaly do you work to live ? or live to work?
