basically I want to go to some cool event. I've gotten to the point where I'm watching the travel channel like it's porn but I only get so much money a month. which is to say very little.

Each and every time I travel I get homesick. If I'm away from home longer than 7 days I get really home sick. I live in Hawaii and my family lives in California, but even when I'm visiting family, I still get home sick. The only time I did not get home sick was when I went to Las Vegas for 4 days. Anyone out there get home sick as much as I do?

i am going on vacation to newport rhode island and i was going to stay at the Motel 6 in either Warwick or Newport but while looking into both locations i read very mixed reviews about them both the newport location seeming to be the scariest my sister and i are locked in an argument over this she is preferring the cheaper Motel 6 option while i being afraid am considering a different location. Has anyone ever stayed at either location? or any motel 6 on the east coast? id appreciate any info you can give me! Be it bad or good. Thanks to all!

i am 21, fiance is 24... we want to rent a car to go on a vacation (we live in CA and will be traveling to TX)... im looking on travelocity and expedia and i just keep seeing like $25.00 a day fees for us being under 25... is there any way to avoid this charge?? we have good credit and everything and excellent driving records... i really know nothing about renting cars, so can someone tell me everything i need to know?? oh, we'll be renting it for about one week... for the 3rd week in january... thanks!!

Mine is eating breakfast at a 5 star hotel then walking up a mountain and gazing at the view, then take a long bath and go shopping in a limo for thing i need and really want, then lay beside the beach watching the waves go by, then at night eat at a 5star place go dancing then at 12 o'clock am go to the hotel room and put the sign "do not disturb" on the door lol withmy honey by my side.

They really don't like to travel.. We've only went to Florida once. I want to go to France SO BAD. Id like to put myself in with a frech culture (recently ive been taking a lot of french courses University 1 and 2) im 14 by the way and am almost bilingual. I would love to see the Eiffel Tower, shopping, and other things.

Unfortunately my parents son't feel the same way. I told them I'd make the money myself. What else can I do?

i would like any tips and advice on where to take my kids abroad aged 9 and 4. i would like it to be as cheap as pos but don't want it to be like home!! it will only be for 7 days and is their first holiday ever. so it needs to be one to remember as it may be a while before the next one.

I understand having a passport and various Visa applications. However, my question revolves around the any extra requirements driving would require over just flying into the various countries. What other difficulties would there be in driving such a distance across so many countries? Would there be restrictions driving a US registered vehicle through all of these countries?
