I live in kitimat B.C. (its right by the ocean...like, at the very end) and i was wondering if anyone would know how much it would cost to go from here to new york by bus (or plane...). i tryed to look it up on greyhound but they told me that they couldnt display the fare for some reason...so could you just tell me even an approxamite answer? thanks Soo much :D

We have narrowed the resorts down to the Warwick, Naviti and the Shangri-La. We would like something with all inclusive package as concerned about the cost of drinks?? How much can they be?? Don't mind the atmostphere of the resorts but not looking for a day-care-centre!! Which one will give us what we want?? Is there any others that we should look at??
