In my opinion, it's Sweden or better yet, Denmark. Denmark has a different artist design their money every 5 years. At the end of the 5 years, everyone turns in all their currency for the new design. It prevents counterfeiters from being able to copy the money effectively. So it's always interesting, and often pretty.

I don't know. I don't like the US dollar bills though.
The euro bills are not that great, but they are at least colourful. The Guilder bills (Dutch money before the Euro) were prettiest I think...

either hong kong or cuba
hong kong's is all modern, rich purple and neon blue
but cuba has all these different colors and have an ethnic feel to them
