Your question unfortunately, does not contain much information. You say you are "lagging" - does this mean falling behind in your work? school? personal responsibilities? If so, you might be guilty of a nest of issues including - slow metabolic responses due to reduced energy (get vitamins) or you just might be procrastinating. Based upon the facts you have provided, there is no real way 'we' can 'settle your problem'. I would first suggest a physical check up. You'd be surprised to find that a good blood work up can determine many illnesses that are taking place inside the body. Once you have discovered that there is no reason directed toward health - then search your emotional history. Are you feeling depressed and just can't kick it up a notch? You might need someone to talk to. I can 't answer your problem, but I hope these suggestions will give you somewhere to start. I found out I was bi-polar and had many, many mood changes that were happening too often to be normal- crying without a reason and feelings of grandiose, hollering and screaming and throwing things, to down right depression and wanting to die. Once I was diagnosed, a medication was provided that helped me to maintain my emotional state and deal with the reality. It helped me. I hope it can help you as well.
