raid_1 is degraded !!!?

i have laptop .its model is Qosmio G30.it has 2 HDD that 1 of them dosen't work and when it starts up this message emerge?
"raid_1 is degraded"
please answer it quiqly .

One of your drives is not working properly. You need to check the raid information to detect which one is failing and replace the drive.
