I suggest you keep an eye on the kid. There is no landlord foolish enough to try and evict a tenant because the teenager wears dark clothing and long hair.
Something else is going on with your kid and the neighbors too. Better find out what they are doing when you aren't looking.....

I would call your state's Attorney General for advice on this issue. As far as I know, she has no legal grounds to do this to you or your neighbor, and if there is nothing in the rental/lease contract covering this issue, she has no legal standing or grounds for her threats.
Ask the Attorney General if this constitutes discrimination also, you might very well have a legal case against her. If he says yes, tell her that the Attorney General advised bringing a harassment and discrimination lawsuit against her. Chances are 99% she'll back off. And once word of this gets around the trailer park, she may very well start losing tenants.
As far as I know, as long as you are paying your rent and are not causing any actual trouble, she has no right to evict you.

Give Legal Aid a call. They should be able to help you over the phone. In most states you cannot be evicted for having children.
