We know he can't run for re-election, but will his dismissal of Libby's sentence affect his how he is remembered by historians?

Do you think Republicans running for re-election have distanced themselves from Bush enough that this won't affect their potential voters?

Recently I found out that our coolant was slowly leaking out of our ac. Our house was not cooling properly so we called an ac repair man to come out. He said we were really low on coolant and said that we should never have to add more unless we have a leak. (This is only our second summer in the house.) He found where something was not tightened down and was producing a slow leak. We paid him for his services and our ac is working great. He told us there was nothing wrong with our unit, it was poorly installed. Can we make the orginal installation company pay for the bill?

The only thing that has left Lewinski's mouth that was accually worth a thought was,"Who do I hafta blow to get this guy impeached?"
The republicans found a democrat with alot of cash in his fridge and are using this to say,"hey look everybody, the democrats have a crook too!" Wow.Thank Kenneth Star Fan Club for again spending millions to find A crook. When I ask the republicans about what BUSH has done for americans, it's always the same thing. They try answering the question with another question."Would you prefer Clinton?"
Well not that he could run again but if he could...uh,yeah,and you know he wouldn't have to rig the election to win either. And then for some reason I'd be misdirected into talking about his impeachment over lying about his infidelity instead of getting to the original question,"what has BUSH...."
So how many illegal attrosoties and lies must republicans get away with and aquire to equal one democratic marital faux pas? Okay,Heads out of the s-and...........NOW.

I was supposed to start working at UPS June 18, 2007 as a package handler (alternative) since everyone of the other workers showed up I was sent home and told I would start the following monday for sure..Ok on the following monday.. to make a long story short I was two minutes late because the train I was on got stuck for 10 mins (I left my house 2 hours in advance and I'm not trying to make excuses).. again I was sent home and told I would start the next week for being late, which is today. I went up there today and was sent home again because the manager called the first three people on his list and he told me I would start next week. My point is UPS is wasting my money and time.. is there anything I can do about this.

I am wondering if President Bush's commutation of Libby's prison sentence will preclude Libby from continuing his appeal of the guilty verdict. If that appeal is allowed to go forward, might the verdict be upheld and might a future President refuse to honor the commutation and reinstate the prison sentence?

I'll preface this by saying some of the practices at my company I find discriminatory towards women, which, unfortunately is an industry wide problem.

I was recently laid off (not because of discrimination I hope) and was given a severence package. My concern is with some of the language and I'm hesitant to sign away my rights for what I consider a meager sum of money.

I understand the agreement to not sue them and keeping trade secrets confidential. What I'd like to know is what can or can't I say or do, if the language also includes "the employee further agrees not to disparage or otherwise criticize the Company, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents and representatives."

It's also unclear what constitutes "proprietary information". If it includes health benefits, company practices, etc.

I do need the money, but is it worth losing my voice? I'm a writer. My voice is very important to me. I'd appreciate any insight or advice.

I learned that the Movie "The Trip" with Peter Fonda is banned in the US. This is kind of shocking given that this is supposed to be a free speech nation and all that. Are there many other titles like this?

Lil bushy has again ignored the system of law that has served the people of the USA for generations to help insure the silence a criminal who intently acted to blow the cover of a US government operative during a time of war and then when the people of the united states tried to hold him accountable (convicting him in a US court of law of having lied while under oath in a court of law to help lil bushy win reelection).

What do these lying republicans and neo-cons model to our children and the rest of the world. Why should anyone follow any law while criminals hold office and power? Where do we look for help when elected and appointed leaders who swore to follow the law and who should be protecting the rights and liberties of the public are all criminal or second raters. Is this is the death of any illusion of sense of honor or justice in America. ~ Rudy C.

Is it illegal for a doctor to fill a prescription for a patient he/she has not physically examined?

A friend just invested $1,500.00 for a web site which sells prescriptions that can be filled using the Internet. He has been told that "they" will handle all of the advertising, gaurantee 35,000 visitors to the site within the next 365 days and that he will receive 40% of each purchase made through his site.

The site is already up. It looks pretty unprofessional to me. The punctuation on the sentences isn't even correct! http://paradiserxdiscount.com

There isn't even a counter on it so he can determin how many people have visited this web site!

The person desiring to purchase the particular pharmeceutical simply fills out an online questionnaire which is read by an online doctor then approved.

This sounds like a complete scam. I am looking for a hyperlink to a Federal law which prohibits this. Scam or not? What do you think?

I DON'T THINK HE WILL MAKE A DIME!!!!!

ok i was on the freeway going at regualr 65 mph speed, i saw a high patrol car right behind me but he did not siren or turn his lights on, after 30 sec to a minute he turned his lights on and siren. there was nowhere for me to pull over because there was a merging lane to my right so i stayed in my lane and got off the freeway at the next exit because i felt it was the safest thing for me to do , wen i got off the freeway i pulled into a neighborhood. after i stopped he ordered me to get out of the car and cuffed me,he asked me why i was running from the cops and i said i was looking for a safe place to stop. he then started to search my car and found less than a gram of marijuana. after he wrote all the paperwork he told me that i was pulled over for tinted windows.. was the search legal??
can iget charged for "trying to run away" if its not listed on the citaiton? i did not try to elude him at all and did not put anyones life in danger.

how can i fight this

I was going straight on an intersection when the light turned yellow.I was15 ft away from the light.I decided 2 go for it.As I go straight a big maroon truck that is turning left decides 2 go for it.He barely misses & makes it,however a 2nd red truck behind decides 2 go for it.I begin to brake & I am almost at a stop, but he is halfway through his turn.As he finishes his turn,he hits my front right corner of my car.My air bags go off,& look 2 my right for the truck. He keeps going and doesn't stop.I sit in the middle of the intersection shocked for about30 seconds. My house is only another 100-150 ft away from me.I go home & call my mom and dad,& then we go file an accident report another 3.5 hours later. The damage wasn't bad,the corner right bumper is hanging & there is sum red paint from the truck on it.Two days later an officer calls me & wants me 2 come 2 the station. He thinks it was my fault & gives me a ticket. I have a witnes, the 1st truck left a witnes statmnt.I have 2 tickets.

3 years ago I lost my engagement ring. We looked for months for it before even reporting the loss, and it took months (while continuing to look) for the insurance company to do the investigation. The insurance company eventually paid for the replacement and all was fine. Recently, I found the ring. I have moved twice (been divorced even) and found it in some random bag about to go to Good Will- I was looking for loose change, imagine my surprise. Anyway, now what?! Could I be in trouble for insurance fraud? I legitimately lost the ring and my heart sunk when I saw it. I'm afraid to put it up on ebay, or try to sell it for fear it could come back to bite me in the a$$. Is there a Statue of Limitations on a situation like this? I'm no longer with the same insurance company. What do I do? I would rather sell it and get the money, but am scared to.
Please respond only if you have experience/knowledge of this situation. PS- the replacement diamond has already been sold for cash

Man killed in Auburn Hills apartment

Santiago Esparza / The Detroit News
Sunday, July 01, 2007

AUBURN HILLS -- Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Saturday morning in an apartment in the 2600 block of the Beacon Hill Apartments.
Officers responded to a call at the home around 2:30 a.m. and found a 21-year-old Pinckney man fatally shot, Auburn Hills Police said in a press release. The man was shot once in the head and pronounced dead at the scene.
Police found several people who were buddies in the home and identified a 22-year-old South Lyon man as the shooter, the release stated. The people had been at the apartment since Friday evening, police said.
Auburn Hills Police declined further comment Saturday afternoon. Management for the apartment complex would not comment on the shooting.
Oakland County prosecutors are expected to review the case in the next two days, the release said.
