I was going straight on an intersection when the light turned yellow.I was15 ft away from the light.I decided 2 go for it.As I go straight a big maroon truck that is turning left decides 2 go for it.He barely misses & makes it,however a 2nd red truck behind decides 2 go for it.I begin to brake & I am almost at a stop, but he is halfway through his turn.As he finishes his turn,he hits my front right corner of my car.My air bags go off,& look 2 my right for the truck. He keeps going and doesn't stop.I sit in the middle of the intersection shocked for about30 seconds. My house is only another 100-150 ft away from me.I go home & call my mom and dad,& then we go file an accident report another 3.5 hours later. The damage wasn't bad,the corner right bumper is hanging & there is sum red paint from the truck on it.Two days later an officer calls me & wants me 2 come 2 the station. He thinks it was my fault & gives me a ticket. I have a witnes, the 1st truck left a witnes statmnt.I have 2 tickets.

No. Fight it. The best that can happen is no witnesses show up in court and you win. The worst that can happen is they find you guilty and you pay the tickets anyway. Couldn't hurt.

if the light was red when you crossed into the intersection you are at fault. you say you were 15 ft away and it was yellow (that tells us nothing and makes me think youre leaving stuff out dont use this in court) if the impact was made to the front of your car thats not good for you either if its on the side you may have an arguement. the 2 trucks had the right of way. you shouldnt have reported this.

If he was halfway through his turn and you were hit in the front it sounds like he may have had control of the intersection. If this is the case then yes it could be considered your fault. But you don't say what part of his truck was involved in the impact? Hard to say who had control without more info. If he had control then you could have been cited for failure to yield the right of way.

I am guessing one of your tickets may be for leaving the scene of an accident.

Ask for a hearing in traffic court. The police officer was not a witness and cannot know if you violated any traffic laws.
