Its easy to say i.n.s, I.c.e and the police to report this active, but when you look at their websites its not that easy at all!!!!!!!!

Look in the Government pages of the phone book (usually the Blue Pages). Go to Immigration and Naturalization Service. Call. By the way, they won't pay any attention to you.
