First, the term is 'Writ of Habeas Corpus'.
Second, it is used to challenge imprisonment. If has nothing to do with an eviction.
Since you did not say where you are, I can't say how to challenge an eviction. If you were foreclosed on, or renting is also a factor. In either case, you should have received at least 30 days notice of legal proceedings before you reached this point.

Wrong. That's not what a habeas is for, it's to set you free if you were being forced to stay locked up somewhere you didn't belong. If you haven't paid your rent, they get to kick you out. If you have paid and followed every rule and have a written lease that isn't over yet, keep paying your rent and hire a lawyer. Otherwise: Find a new place and move before they put your stuff on the curb and your neighbors loot you. This is not legal advice, just a personal opinion.
