I found out that when they had two of their children in the early 80's, the obtained two additional birth certificates with the mothers last name for the children. The two birth certificates weren't counterfeit, the were obtained by lying on a separate birth certificate application. Anyways, the mother then obtained two social security numbers for these names and applied for welfare, medicare, and food stamps. All the while, her and husband worked two full time jobs. They received all of these benefits until the two children reached 18. This totally sickens me, especially when there people who really need these services, but don't get them.
Who can I contact in order to get an investigation started on the parties involved?

I know 4 people currently on remand for beating teen, but unfortunately, that teen died in hospital of head injuries, charges had been upgraded to murder. Those 4 guys and I are cool. No criminal record, but truth is, one of the accused was attacked and shouted for help, and the 3 came to his rescue.

dad wanted everything to be split, somehow 3 siblings own everything, gave my deceaseds brothers son money in 1998 and i have nothing. will has dissapeared, and nothing went to probate. In order to weed out corrupt politicians and all others(people who fail to do their duty and ask for bribe in order to do their duty itself) and we should have strong laws that people get disciplined
and further never dare to do wrong deeds which affects our country as a whole and to completely bulldoze caste,religion and regional based politics of our worthless politicians....
But the person should not involve into moral policing or something of that which again is being done by our politicians in the name of culture and other crap....

My long-term boyfriend and i found out we were having a baby. He freaked out and told me to get rid of it. I refused! Him and his parents have told me that they will steal the baby and take it out of the country once he is born! After only knowing i was preg for a month him and his family pick up all their things and move from Missouri to Florida so he wouldnt have to pay any money! After leaving his preg girlfriend and unborn baby he says he has the right to see his baby. Im due in a week and i am VERY SCARED that he is going to come up and steal my son! I was watching "Rules of Engagement" tonight, the documentary about the Waco incident, and noticed that for the entirety of the congressional hearing there was a large bank of lights on the interviewees table - red, yellow, and green. I tried to discern a pattern as to dialogue and color but could not. Does anyone know what these lights mean??

Do they have the right to open up your mailbox, peek inside your windows, come during the night time and 4 visits done by 3 different surveyors within 4 1/2 hours. Here is the situation, my fiance is trying to get custody of his 1 1/2 yr old daughter. Our consultation with the lawyer is Thursday and we are trying to get some good questions together.

Scenario: He was never married to the mother, when he left the mother, she abandoned their daughter to her mother (grandma.) When we found this out we went to the police station to see if we could go get his daughter, but we were not legally allowed, because the child support had not gone through the court system yet, to declare him the father, so he was not declared the father, so he had no right to take the child. Before the child support went through, the mom showed back up, and moved back in with grandma, and child, and then the grandma took mom to court for full custody of child, because the mom has epileptic seizures, refuses to take her medicine, not allowed to work, or drive, well the grandma now has full custody. Now that we have the money we are going in for custody.

The scenario: You're on vacation, when emergency surgery is needed. You have the surgery, it's successful. You come back home, after a doctor's visit, you realize that surgery never took place, only partly, it wasn't completed. But, the surgeon who operated on you, while on vacation, told you it was a success and never let you know that he/she didn't accomplish it competently.

In the surgeon's report and medical records the complete truth is written, but he/she never let you know, he/she misguided you verbally. Do you have a case here for a lawsuit?

I was hired by a temp agency to work for a company for 6 months. The company then hired me full time and told me that I have to go through another probationary period of 6 months because they don't consider the temp time to be a probationary period, almost as if they had just hired me off of the street. I am new to california, but I know in other states the temp time would be considered the probationary time. Is this the same case in california?
