I have a neighbor who is smoking pod now and the smell stinks and is entering my apartment. Should I report this to the police?

Pod? First of all it's POT. And second no. The system's resources don't need to be wasted on petty junk like that. What if someone close to you got shot on the other side of town and the guy could've been caught but the policeman that might've got him was taking someone to jail for getting high and relaxing instead of taking care of the REAL CRIMINALS!!!! That probably happens too!

Pot? Does it smell like burned rope? Or perhaps a skunk? Or how about the smell of a nice pine forest? Mmmmmm....if it's an infrequent occurence, let it be. If they have a lot of foot traffic at all hours of the night, then call the cops. They probably are using and selling more than just on a casual basis. I wouldn't let 'em know that you know. You may walk out and find your tires slashed.

I think it shud be pot smoker!!!!
If thts the case den ...studies have established that POT smoking is not fatal for health like tobacco...and I also doubt the element of illegality in it !!!
still if you are not comfortable with the smell you can request the neighbour to take care for the smoke not entering your side!!!

You might be surprised. A lot of places won't bother prosecuting casual "pod" smokers; it has been decriminalized in many communities.
If it bothers you, maybe you could ask your neighbor to share. :)
