split three ways so what they have done must be illegal, cant you get legal aid or some thing or represent yourself if worse comes to worse. My brother did that and he won his case different type off matter though. I cant stand greedy people I wish you all the luck in the world. Can u find a solicitor that thinks you will win and the looser has to foot the bill at the end of it all? Good luck to you I hope a solicitor answers you with a bit of advice

A lot of time has gone by, there may be nothing that can be done now. BUT DON'T LOSE HOPE because of anything I say.... Have you tried praying? I have learned for myself that to forgive ppl for wrong doings makes life feel better for me. Example: my neighbor was the most awnry person around here, all of his life!!!! He fought/argued w/ EVERYONE on every subject; I had been warned NOT to move nextdoor to him. But being "ME" I thought I could change him. We lived here nearly 15 yrs b4 he passed away---which did not happen until I stopped associating with him. He'd call the cops to tell me to cut my grass (to which I'd tell them ok, and wait 1 - 2 weeks more on purpose). I prayed for him often. Praying for living ppl I recently read doesn't work; we need to pray for the dead to make it to heaven one day. But I still pray for the living....hoping my prayers will be put on hold for when they die they've already gotten some prayers waiting for them to go to heaven. [I'm not a religious person, I don't attend church (which is wrong), but I know there is a GOD!]
