IN ALL NEWS PAPER I AM SEEING THAT DR PK SHUKLA DEPUTY DIRECTOR INDIAN COUNCIL OF HISTORICAL RESEARCH who was HOLDING ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF MEMBER SECRETARY IN THE ABSENCE OF DIRECTOR, after the director has come back dr pk shukla IS EVEN NOW CONTINUING AS MEMBER SECRETAY AND DOESN'T WANT TO HAND OVER THE additional CHARGE TO THE PERMANENT INCUMBENT DR SUSHIL KUMAR, DIRECTOR ICHR who is supposed to be member secretay and DR PK SHUKLA as deputy director but dr pk shukla IS FALSELY TELLING EVERYBODY THAR HE IS MEBER SECRETAY and not holding addtional charge of MS, where as he is not the MS as per ICHR REGULATION. PLEASE SEE TO IT AND INVESTIGATE THE MATTER AT YOUR END AND APPRISE TO ALL READERS THAT WHAT ARE THE FACTS.ALL readers would be thankful to you all the best.
