In some of the universities, today, you can sit it on any of the lectures that are on and listen to what is being taught. The only thing is that if you haven't paid any fees etc. you are not entitled to sit for any exams.

Lawyers have to go too law school for a long time, where they supposed to fit it in at? Then instead of having a few chit house lawyers, everyone would be a chit house lawyer!

there's too many laws to know... even if you know all of them, maybe 50% of those, are redundant...
