The town I reside in has adopted an ordnance requiring a certan segmant of citizenry to phone city athoratys befor entering into onto and upon exeting city facilatys with the threat of monatery fines if failure to comply. I have tryed repetedly to email ACLU for advice on the legality of this ordnance and get no responce. I am basicly hombound because of degenarating health problums, so my computer is my main sorce of comunacation with the outside world. HELP Please. The internet's a great tool but it doesn't solve all. Thanks for lisning. This ordnance doesn't realy affect me, because I can't get out an use these limeted facilatys, Just annoyes me that an ordnance like this can be let to stand.

The ACLU is not the answer in this case as it is not a question of constitutionality. .

City ordinances have nothing to do with constitutional law usually, and you would need a class having their rights violated.

Ask an attorney or look on-line.
