First things first, consult a lawyer at legal aid. The lawyer will be able to tell you what rights the father has in Missouri.
Next, get a protection order against him based on his threats to take your child away. Leaving the state does not affect child support-it just means he has to mail his payments to Missouri or have his employer mail it for him. If you wish to name him the father on the birth certificate, you can sue him for child support.
If he wishes visitation rights, you should be able to get the visits supervised by Child Protective Services.

I'm sorry to hear you and you unborn baby are going through all of this. First off go and get a protection order to make him and his family stay away from you and the child. Others have given you really good advice.Don't put his name on the birth certificate put father unknown sounds terrible but do what ever you have to.Normally I would say every parent has a right to their child but he has already abandoned you both and his scummy parents for helping him do that should mean they have No rights to the baby either since they wanted it killed in the first place I don't understand why they want it full time now. Go see a solicitor because you could be in for a long long battle so do it right. I don't think it matters where they runaway to they still should pay if you have to let him see the baby make it be a supervised visit for his family as well. I wish that it all works out for you both its a long way til baby turns 18 and you should try to give it as stable and happy life as much as possible anyway.Hope one day you and the father can work together for the baby's benefit.

If you don't put his name on the birth certificate, some states will not recognize him as the father and he will not have any rights. If you want child support, he will be able to have rights to the baby. Unless you can prove that it would be dangerous for your baby to be with him,. and I think you have a pretty good case. You need to call a lawyer and find out what the laws of your State are. There are lawyers out there that will give information to you with the hopes that you will sign with them. Good luck, and document everything that he says and save everything he writes to you , every time he calls, etc. this will help you out later on. Good Luck. You did the right thing to keep the baby and your coward of a boyfriend and his family that is obviously low class, should not be a part of the child's life if he wanted to kill the baby in the first place and he left when he found out you were pregnant. I don't think that he will be able to see the child at all since he is in a different state, I know he will NOT be able to take the child out of state without your permission.

No I had a similer case with my x husband he wanted to see his son after he had left me pregnate and went back to his other long time girlfriend that he is now married to. The only way that he has rights to seeing that child is to pay childsupport if he is not paying then he has not rights to see the baby once he or she is born. You can let the hospitial that you have a disguntal ex and they will bar him and his family from the hospital, also there are sercrity in place to prev.ent a baby being taken from the hospital they have alarms go off and you have to have braclets to enter the nursey area so dont worry just let them know your situation before delivery and they will make sure that you are taken care of.

The family law court will say yes he does have a right to see the baby per visitation. He can also be made to pay child support. Put your maiden name on the birth certificate, let him have to prove it is his baby, afterall he did cut and run, like a coward. Be sure and notify the security at the hospital that he has threaten to steal the baby.

Quite obviously he cannot steal the baby. But there is a basic question. What is it that you want? Do you want to be left alone. and have nothing to do with him any more.? Do you want him to pay for maintenace and in return vist the child? Or something else?

appears like you've a real winner right here! He would not opt to have some thing to do her yet he has sex such as her??? How does that happen? How does he comprehend the toddler is his? i wish for this toddler's sake this guy isn't the toddler's father. Wait till this happens to you and believe me that's going to. you'll wind up pregnant and he will with out caution choose no longer some thing to do with you too. that's humorous that he would not care about her yet he can nonetheless make a toddler such as her. how will you be with someone who can create a human life and toss it aside so extremely??? i do not comprehend you or him. in the journey that they were extremely utilizing secure practices possibilities are extreme the toddler isn't his. that's no longer 100 % of course. i do not comprehend how he can only pass round having sex anytime he needed to with whomever he needed to and then no longer be responible. Your boy pal would not sound that tremendous to me...i imagine you should reassess this earlier it takes position to you. heavily.
