My boyfriends son is 15 almost 16 years old and I continuesly find child and regular porn downloaded on this computer and I cant stand it. It ranges from 2 year olds to gay on gay child porn and so on. He is addicted, and I am having a baby and am afraid he will act on his fantasies when I have my child. His father doesnt do anything, he gets away with everything he does. I want to turn him in but I dont want them knowing im the one who did it, and Im not sure if I can because theirs no proof that hes actually the one doing it even though I know he is.
He is on house arrest and on a ankle braclet and he gets in all sorts of trouble, and disrespects me all the time. I dont know what to do.
Any suggestions on how to turn him in???...Without him and my boyfriend knowing Im the one who did it??

My mother and father are going through a very nasty divorce. Since I believe my father's affair is wrong he and his girlfriend have hacked into my bank account, stolen credit cards, and have continually been harassing me and my family. I have checked into this and in Alabama there is really nothing they can do to either my dad or his girlfriend except for maybe a slap on the wrist which is time consuming, expensive and non-effefctive.
My sister and I get migraine headaches. I get them bad enough to throw up several times, and when that would happen he would inject me with either Vistoril or Phenergan, both narctotic anti-nausia drugs he had stolen from the hospital. I NEVER asked to be given either of these, and he admitted injecting both me and my younger sister in court. Unfortunately we did not have enough money to afford a stenographer. What's the best thing I can do to prove my case?

Ok so my neighbors are acting kind of oddly. I rent in a residential neighborhood. My neighbors have colored cardboard over all their windows and sliding glass doors. They have a flag on their garage and they put one on the tree outside. When we went to greet them and the guy opened the door, a black puff of smoke came out because there was so much inside. The guys have not been very friendly, and I get a kind of bad feeling about them. This morning a man came to our door and insisted that he had an appointment, even though I had wet hair and only a bathrobe on. He seemed a little off himself. I just wonder what is going on with strange appointments, cardboard on the windows, flags and shady characters. Any thoughts?

6 months ago I was in fault for an auto accident. I am now being sued for $200,000 basically for pain and suffering, which is crazy to that extent because the injuries were not that severe. Both of us walked away from the accident. My insurance covers up to $100,000 so the leaves the rest to me. What typical happens in cases like this?

Rather than a 'War on Terrorism'. I've checked the Geneva Convention and it affords all soldiers under a Declaration of War (Something George W. said himself!) the same basic human rights.
And for those who say "Well the terrorists don't play by the rules so why should we?" Think! If we lower ourselves to their standards then what are we fighting for?

I recently had the misfortune of being arrested for being in a fight with a guy who hit his girlfriend. I take several medications prescribed for chronic pain and depression. At the jail I was told I would not be recieving the drugs even though not taking them could cause me to have seizures, (Xanax, diazepam) and opiates (oxycontin and onycodone) that if not taken will cause withdrawl. When I was finally released 20 hours later with no charges being filed I had to go immediatley to the hospital because I had not taken my meds and was incohherent and couldn't walk. Do you think this is right?

My fiance is currently disputing her claim that he didn't pay child support. I know he abided by their "verbal" agreement. I also know that it means little to nothing if it isn't written on paper. He's got actual proof and an attorney now. My problem is that she's holding their daughter ransom and our son is very upset that he can't see his sister. (we had a child together before they got married) This is in addition to the mental anguish the kid went through when they got divorced(because she cheated), and she convinced him to get back together, before it was finalized and then convinced him not to contest anything in the divorce papers "because they were going to get remarried", and then she cheated again. So not only is she ruining her own life, she's screwing up her daughters, and our son's life, as well as making me angry. Does any one have any legal advice?

I am writing a story of my childhood and would like to use the real names of my abusers. It is unlikely my story will be good enough for publication, however I still wish to have it professionally edited and printed into a few books for unsuspecting family members. What if I only used first names or the relationship I had with a person but not the actual identity? How acurate can I be without giving out information that could get me in trouble?

I got rear ended in a car accident a while back and the driver was cited for failure to control a vehicle...I was almost at a stop waiting for a car to make a right hand and he hit me at 50mph. I was injured pretty badly with my back and neck. My Dr. released me and told me it could take up to a year for everything to finish healing and now the adjuster is calling wanting to settle. Do I need a lawyer? Or should I be ok doing it on my own considering it was wholly 100% the other guys fault?

Here is the situation: company wants to send a nastygram to a third party and they want to sound like they are a bigger company than they actually are. The want to sound like they have a legal department without actually having a legal department. They do not want to misrepresent that they are an attorney, but at the same time would not be too upset if the other party misinterpreted their position to believe that they actually are an attorney. The position does not necessarily have to be relating to a legal department but needs to show that it has a lot of clout and gives the impression that this is a bigger company than it actually is. Any ideas for a good title for this person?

My husband fell 20 feet he has witnesses, he was working off the job site. He was taken into the office, the cut on his face cut and his company was notified. He was a little stiff, returned to his workplace an hour later. There was an emergency and they told him they would do a injury report in the morning. The next day he asked, he was told by his boss that it was all filled out and in his file, if there was a need to see a doctor , they would send it in.
1 week later he can not move
He informed his employer that he was going to the doctor , when he asked about workmans comp they said they did not have recollition of the accident.
He has since had two spinal surgeries including fusion and his health ins was cancelled. Now we have whopping medical bills.
So he called his employer and said I think I will have to get a lawyer. 2 weeks later we get a letter stating he was injured on 2/26, he was already out of work on that date. Does that letter of admission give us a case?

I am thinking about having a legal seperation with my husband instead of divorce, just want to give us a last chance to see if we can work it out. However, my husband has a property which he brought before marriage.People are telling me that if I don't file for divorce, he has a chance to transfer the property to another family member so that to avoid paying my share.A lawyer told me that I am entitled to the difference in the value of the house in the years of marriage. Once I filed for divorce, he cannot transfer his property because the court will send out a restrictedly order.I wonder if he can transfer his property to someone else during the seperation, if i just file for legal seperation. Will there be a court restrictedly order on the property? We live in California.Hope someone can answer my question.......

Does this mean they can upgrade from 8 to 9 for free but not 8 to 10?

Thanks!
